How long will my order take to be completed?

While each order is unique and certain large or labor intensive jobs do take more time, you can generally expect your order to take between 8 and 14 business days to complete.

I need my order fast. Can you help me?

Yes, for most jobs we can “rush service” your order in less than 7 business days. Rush service pricing depends on the size of the order and the number of business days needed to complete the job.

Does JS Canvas deliver?

Yes, we can deliver your orders in the greater Houston and San Antonio areas. Pricing varies based on the size of the canvas and the location the order is to be delivered to.

What other services does JS Canvas offer?

We stretch paintings that have been rolled up for shipping and storage, build custom pedestals, and help artists solve unusual canvas and panel related problems. If you don’t know, please ask, we can most likely help you or can put you in contact with another professional that can.

Will JS Canvas build a decorative frame for me?

No, unfortunately we are not a frame shop. We do work with several local frame shops in the Houston area and will happily recommend one to you.

I don’t see the size canvas I want in your online shop. Can you still make it for me?

Yes, please contact us with your request at info@jscanvasmakers.com and we will provide you with a quote. You can also use the Custom Quote tab at the top of our website.

I would like to use a different type of wood, use my own canvas or gesso or would like a panel made from a different material. Can you help me?

Yes, artists often provide us with their own canvas or ask us to use their preferred materials. We are happy to work with you to provide you with your desired custom canvas or panel. We have experience stretching linen, and have made panels out of PVC, Aluminum, MDF, and Masonite. If you have something else in mind, please ask us. We will be happy to make your project a reality to the best of our ability.

How Do I Pay?

JS Canvas accepts all major credit cards through Quickbooks payments. After order is placed you will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made directly through that link.
